How can i tell if my graphics card is broken

Hello,
okay where do i start, i cant play my wow, it read failed to find suitable display device. I also noticed my screen saver doesnt come up what i do get is a sign that bounces around and says: The screen saver cant run because it requires a newer video card or one thats compatible with direct 3d. Also my graphics card info on pc health went from a 3.4 to 1.0. i have a geforce 9100 integrated on the motherboard. please help, i am also not so smart when it comes to computers so lamens terms please

Start by upgrading your drivers.

Did this happen after an update? Did you change any settings or install something new before this happened?

Do you have Virus software? Is it up to date and have you run a scan recently?
