Sandisk pen drive 8g write protected

I can't format my SanDisk 8GB pendrive. The problem is that when I am going to format
the following diolog box will dispaly

the disk is write protected.


Plz help me

To disable the write protection as below:

To back up your important data as below:
Since format will erase everything on this pen drive, you should make a data backup before it. If you cannot access your data right now, you could try a USB drive recovery freeware to get back your data and then back it up. Don't worry! To format your pen drive as below:
Start => Setting => Control Panel =>Administrative Tools => Computer Management =>Disk Management=> Right click your drive on the list => format it.
