How to diagnosis a desktop pc

ma dell pc is coming up with a blue screen says physical dump memory

Any recent changes? hardware/software.

OK so it crashed does it do this every time you turn it on once ever or when?

I think he is asking does it do it everytime it is powered on?
Could be alot of things
Are you running a game or another app when it happens
or does it do it everytime you boot?
can you recreate it?
Have you recently changed anything Hardware or software?
Sometimes if you check out dump screens they can give you some insite
looking for *.sys in the dump may point to a driver or something.

You Can reseat your memory as well, or if you have 2 sticks pull one
at a time and see if you blue screen.
