right now i have Nvidia gt 240 and i'm not going to buy any other card i just need a motherboard and processor for it
and i'm thinking to purchase
GA-MA785GM-US2H

also i have ddr2 4 gb ram also
and processor

amd phenom 2 x4 965 3.4 ghz 125v

and please tell me what is difference in 965 125v and 140v processor
also i'm a gamer i just use my 17" crt monitor to play games is it a good choice ?? for this rig ?
or i go with ddr3 ram ?

this amd is in my range

that mobo will work fine. I would just stick to your 4gb's of ddr2 ram unless you feel like dishin out a hundred bucks for the same amount of ddr3 ram for a small gaming boost. if you do feel like paying extra for ddr3 here is a review you should look into...

your 17" is probably a good choice due to your mid to low range graphics card, it is probably a resolution of 1280x1024 which your card should be able to handle well enough. And i assume your speaking of the 125watt version and the 140watt version of the processor, this is the power consumption of the processor which is related to the tdp (the heat your processor exerts).
