My previous mobo died and I just installed a M4A785TD-M EVO mobo. In the BIOS my SATA HD is recognized but does not boot to my Windows 7 HD. I can boot to the mobo DVD.
What steps are involved so I can boot to my Windows 7 hard drive?

Thank you for looking.

Which SATA jumper are you connected to on the MOBO?

Is the HDD from the other mobo? What kind of motherboard did you replace? What happened when you booted from DVD? Did you run the software?

Thank you for all of your suggestions.

I decided to re-install Windows 7 since there wasn't much on it. Cheers!
