So the 70$ - 130$ budget is for CPU alone?
You don't want to use your current MB or RAM?

For intel, I found this one for under $100:

Intel Pentium G6950 Clarkdale 2.8GHz LGA 1156 73W Dual-Core Desktop Processor BX80616G6950
32 nm Clarkdale 3MB L3 Cache Series: Pentium
L3 Cache: 3MB
Manufacturing Tech: 32 nm
64 bit Support: Yes

Depends on your budget and what you do.

There is a new Pentium Dual Core out the E6700 which runs on SKT775 Motherboards, which are really cheap at the moment., at around $86.

If you went for a LGA1156 CPU the Motherboards are quite abit more expensive.

If you went AMD you're better off getting an AM2+ or an AM3 for the upgrade path, but then again the new the socket the dearer the CPU.

if i must prefer intel, maybe i choose i3 with h55 chipsets, while for AMD i choose athlon II X3\X4 with 880G\890GX Chipsets
Which one is better??

There is no clear cut to which one performs better. The I3 is a dual core on a better architecture and I think the clock speed is also higher, while the Athlon II is a weaker architecture but offers more cores.

Basically lightly threaded tasks the I3 will usually win, heavily threaded the Athlon II X3/X4 will usually win. Since your main focus will be on gaming the I3 will usually perform better. With that said, while only using a radeon 4670 your heavily bottlenecked by the video card on either system, and you won't see a difference between the 2.
