Freeze while gaming - Powercolor 4770

Hi
When I play wow(haven't tried other games yet) the screen sometimes freezes. This usually happens after an hour or so. Either I have to wait 15mins for ccc to give me a "Sorry we crashed" message, or I must reboot. Why does this happen? I have updated to the latest 10.3 drivers.
