hi
when i start windows i can move mouse but when i double click applicaton (any application) windows freezes. cant right click cant shutdown. does not respond at all.
i can go into safe mode and it works fine did avg scan. spybot and free mcafee software and nothing. avg came up with a list of files that it could not heal. i have the same files on my laptop and according to kaspersky they are not infected.
dont know what else to do now ive looked in msconfig nothing new at startup. if i was to take a guess i would say this happened after i did my 1st scan after updating to avg 2013. this is a complete guess so cant say for sure if this has caused the problem
