What is the average read/write speed of a mechanical drive?

Hi, just got to wondering what the read and write speed of mechanical drives are, so I was wondering if anyone could tell me what their speeds are and what kind of drive they have. Thanks if you tell me anything. Also I would appreciate it if you told me your actual read/write speeds instead of what the drive is rated at a max for.
