I would do something like this. The GPU is overkill for your monitor rez, but gives you the power to upgrade your rez to 1920X1200 down the road. Also i put in a HSF to cool your CPU case you did want to OC the CPU down the road and ram to do so. If you dont like the case go for a CM-922 with a Corsair 750W PSU.

If you don't think you will upgrade your monitor soon get a HD 5770 it will last a few years at that rez then you could buy a new one when you upgrade the monitor.
