Hi there!
I need your help. Been having a lot of pc troubles lately. The others have already been solved, but I have a new one. My external hard drive (WD my passport) is not recognised by the back panel usb ports, but the front panel can run it. The confusing thing is the rear panel ports can recognise other peripherals that i plug onto it. The external hard drive has always been attached to the back panel, but starting today it simply won't read/run it. It's just really worrisome. can anyone offer advise on what I can possibly do. Or is there a test to know if anything is wrong with the usb ports or the external hd?
I'm on a Windows 7, if that helps.
