SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Hardcore GAMING, watching movies, listening to music, internet browsing, video editing

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: I have Keyboard, mouse, monitor.

You can't do "hardcore gaming" on a 1024x768 monitor. For that resolution you can use a mid range card. This build includes a monitor:
