Ultrabooks SSD vs HDD

Hi i was just watching the new release of Sony ultrabook T13 http://store.sony.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&categoryId=8198552921644852023&facetlist=true

and noticed that it comes up with 320GB HDD or 128 SSD. The SSD version is 230 Usd more expensive.

I have never experience a laptop with an SSD so i was wondering if it does really worth it? I dont mind of the 20 secs better boot time. I am just asking if speed and performance of SSD is noticeable in basic computing activity like browsing, word processing and est.

Thanks a lot

More about ultrabooks
  1. Forgot to add that the 320 HDD version comes with + 32 flash drive for faster boots and resumes. Im not sure if thats enough to compete SSD
  2. SSD's overall is faster, uses less power, increases battery life on the laptop since its not a mechanical hard disk drive, faster boot times to desktop as well as shutdown, applications and games load faster. Loads of benefits from an SSD.
