Send internet connection wirelessy to a wireless router, to share

Is there a way for a router to receive internet from a WiFi source , and then share that with the computers that are directly connected up?

This is a really really cheep router $30 Belkin F5D7234-4

I have look in the setup of the router and didn't find anything, so i am assuming this isn't possible with this router i have available, but I thought I would ask just in case   before I go and buy more stuff.
