I have a gigabyte x58-USB3 motherboard, when I went to BIOS settings there was an option to make it "notify you/warn you" when your cpu is over temperatures of like 60-90 Celsius, but it was set to "disabled" by default, should I ENABLE it? Or is it bad to?

Thanks

If you want an audible alarm to go off when you are stressing the system, then enable it. Most leave this feature disabled.

As long as you aren't dangerously overclocking your system, you should be fine with it disabled.

Good luck!
