North bridge heatsink for si nf750-g55--pic included

I a trying to find a after market heat sink for this motherboard i bought this but the holes didnt match up-

the brakets dont reach my mobo holes are father away

if you slant the Zalman cooler can it reach without getting in the way of other things? Is your chipset that hot?

My issue was the opposite(different cooler). the holes are too close, had to make the heatsink smaller.
