I'm shopping around for a new PSU because my current one is dying a slow and painful death.

The current choices are:

1)OCZ ModXstream Pro 700W - $110
2)Corsair HX-650 - $145
3)Thermaltake Tough Power XT 675W - $163

I'll be powering
E8500 (OC to 3.80Ghz @ 1.87v)
3x SATAII HDDs (not green power)
2x Radeon 4850s
on an EP45-DS3

My case is a CoolerMaster CM-690 and I want the cables to feed through the back of the case but still reach the 12v connector at the top of the board.

Which will power the whole lot the best and which will reach the 12V connector?

I have, but I'd much prefer to have modular cables to reduce clutter, airflow is a big thing for my system.

The Antec TruePower TP-650 is a hybrid PSU, so it's not completely modular, it's also $135.
Should have mentioned, I'm in Australia, and these prices are the cheapest i'll find without it being ebay, and I'll have to dump $20 onto each one to get it posted, and it still works out cheaper than buying it in town.

None of these PSUs are fully modular. All of them have some cables attached to the PSU. Anyway, It's true that the model from Antec is the one which has the highest number of cables attached. Therefore, if the modularity is very important for you, then go for the HX650.

Alrighty then. Thanks for the advice, I've placed the order for the HX-650.
