Intel Celeron 900 processor 2.2GHz

Hello, I will be a college student soon and I was wondering if I should invest in a laptop with an Intel Celeron 900 processor 2.2GHz or a laptop with 2.1GHz VISION Technology from AMD with AMD Athlon II Dual-Core Processor? I want to be able to do the basic computer tasks as well as watch movies and the computer not run exceptionally slow or stop responding. Hi, easy... Athlon beats celeron every time. Celeron is a budget Intel chip, AthlonII is Amd's mid to top end range of chips. The AMd will run everything you can throw at it. Hope this helps
