2,5'' SSD fits in the case?

I would like to know if the Cooler Master Silencio 450 has a support for an SSD 830 Samsung 2,5’’ or I’ve to buy a adapter kit 2.5->3.5’’.

Most SSDs will come with mounting brackets for 3.5" drive bays. Also, you can just set the SSD in the bay without securing it. They do not vibrate, so they'll stay put and won't be a problem.

"2.5" SATA HDD Drive Bay 1 hidden"

what does hidden means? it fits or not?

Hidden means there's no removable panel at the front of the case.

Yes, the SSD will fit that bay.
