Hello,
All of a sudden my external HDD was not woking, after the inspection from experts it was found there is media problem, so please suggest me how to recover data from it.

What kind of media problem? If it's a physical problem, like the drive won't spin up, then you need professional services. If it's just a corrupt partition, you can use something like Easeus partition tool.

If you are missing files, you can try to undelete them with something like Recuva.
