Ok, can compelete the mission just fine, but I'm wondering...

has anyone managed to get into the area to the north of the map. If
you're standing out side of the (outside) library entrance there is a
gate to your right (north) with a big wonderful building behind it... I
just can't find a way to access it.

Any tips?
Is is something to do with those sewer hatches that (seem) impossible to
open?

Please don't tell me I need a powder keg. I had fun with those whilst
they lasted...
