You need to get the key off the brothel madam who starts off down in a
basement type bit having an argument with one of the customers. After that
has finished she can be found wandering round with a prostitute. She goes
through the bar, up the stairs, down the hallway and back down the other
side and so it continues. I found it useful to just hide in a cupboard at
the bottom of the stairs until she comes round.

She's one of those fat ones you can't pick up, if that helps.

Why wait for her to move about? When that argument was over, I bashed
them both on the head right where the stood.
