System slow

Greetings, I was recommended to post this question here. I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. I recently upgraded from 4gb RAM to 8gb RAM. After which I am now having problems with several games such as Flight Simulator X. It ran fine before and now is very choppy and lags. I was told to run CPU-z and add this information to this post so here is a link to that report.

did you check you memory they are not the same timing look at your report you find the answer of you lags
