Looke Around abit and i found these parts but will they be good enough?

PSU: http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=3276567&Sku=ULT-LSP750

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131402

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227479&cm_re=OCZ_PC3-10666-_-20-227-479-_-Product

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103704&cm_re=Athlon_630-_-19-103-704-_-Product

Would this be good or is what you have there better?

CPU: The triple core is actually better for gaming. I'd save the $30 bucks.

Mobo: That's a good board, as long as you don't want USB 3/SATA III support.

RAM: Not a good choice. Those sticks are slower (especially if you overclock), and OCZ is known to have compatibility issues. I'd definitely stick with the faster, more reliable G.Skill sticks.

PSU: Also not a good choice. You really want to get a quality unit, which means sticking to the top brands (Antec, Corsiar, Silverstone, SeaSonic).

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130235

CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103704

PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139005

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231277

I will be using a PNY 9600 Verto Geforce DDR3 512MB from my comp that i use now old card yes but will be updating to the 5850 in the near future

The CPU, PSU and RAM are all fine. If the choice for the board was between the MSI and Asus, I'd take the Asus. It's higher qualit and has more room for expansion. Also, there are sometimes integration issues with using an AMD board with onboard nVidia graphics, or so I've been told...
