Ram not enough

hello guys. I have a gigabyte g31ms2l motherboard. It only has 2 ram slots and i have maxed out ram 4GB. But its not enough. I need 8GB. My localstore has the intel dg33fb motherboard is it okay to go for it ?

The only problem that iam having with the dg33fb is that its VRM's capacitors are not SOLID capacitors.
