New System build, help please!

Hello,

I am building myself a computer for the first time, and even though I did a lot of research, I wasn't sure about them so I'm asking for help.

The Parts are-



Seagate TSD-250AS8 :: Barracuda 7200. 12 har Drive (250 GB SATA)

Nvidia GTX260 BFG Overclocked Maxcore video card

Corsair Dual Channel 4096MB (DDR3)

Intel I5-750

Asus P7P55D LE Motherboard A455-2916 (DDR3)

Ultra X4 500w Power supply


Others :

Samsung OEM DVD Drive

Acer A179-1974 LCD Monitor

Centurion 5 Blue ATX MID-Tower case

I personally would look at the PSU. Seems you have some good builders except the "Ultra x4" Is that like "Ultra Ultra Ultra Ultra crappy?"

I'm using an Ultra X 4 850 and its the Best PSU i Ever Used!!!

I'm using a XION 1000W PSU with 150A on 4 12V rails.

It hasn't done anything but perform well, but that doesn't change the reviews and bench marks that say it's a piece of crap.

YMMV.
