I cannot install any software in windows xp

Hello,
im tryin to install microsoft essentuals and my laptop restarts as soon as i press run, it happends to all the security i try, its been like this since i got it back from the shops repairs
can you help me please

Do you have any other AntiVirus software installed? From what I have read you must uninstall all other antivirus software before installing Microsoft Essentials. Below are some links that you may find useful:
