Hello...

I bought a system for gaming before 2 months. And playing battlefield bad company 2. Last week it started showing reduced frame rates. I did a test with 3D mark. Below is the configuration of my system.

Processor - AMD Phenom II X4 940 - 3GHz
Mainboard - ASUS M4A78
Memory - 4096MB DDR2 PC-6400, (2x2048MB), 240Pin, 800MHz.
Graphics - ATI Radeon 5750 (HD5750), 1024MB
OS - Windows 7 home premium 64 bit.

3D Mark results

13302 3DMarks
SM 2.0 Score 5662
SM 3.0 Score 6470
CPU Score 3137

Is it a graphics card problem? Please contribute your ideas....
Thanks

i played the game with a resolution of 1920x1080. I tried with reducing the resolution and settings. But still it was lagging. I played with low settings but didnt help.

Then its definitely not a GPU issue, its likely the CPU getting bogged down. Check for background tasks, run a virus scan, and remove any programs that you may have installed immediately prior to noticing this issue.
