Wifi is working but cannot connect my PC to internet

Hello,

my PC does not connect to the internet although my laptop does. also i got a blue screen with physical dump memory on my PC. Does this mean I have a virus problem or is it something else? I have a antivirus protection (quick heal)

Need more information on the blue screen error to be able to help. A blue screen does not necessarily mean a virus problem. It could be either hardware or software related. Have you installed any new hardware or software lately on the PC?
