Monitor problem

I am basically computer-challenged, so it might be a quick fix. But my 2yr.old dell flat screen monitor has suddenly gotten really blurry. Everything has a ghost image around it! We do have Mcafee & Spybot, so most viruses ect. are removed automatically. We have added no new hardware, or even software. We do have a wireless box for our upstairs computer. That's about all I know. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

might just be that the screen has given up. do you have another monitor you can try?

you might just want to mess with the monitors built in settings and see if maybe someone altered them without your knowing
