Tech Spport for my ISP and the Manufacturer of the Router Have No clue

O.K. try this. . .
when typing any e-mail, inlcluding this post, nothing appears for about 30 seonds to a minute. i ONLY HAVE THIS PROBLEM ON MY HOME NETWORK, AT THE OFFICE AND AT MY SCHOOL OFFICE i HAVE NO PROBLMES. i HAVE RESEET MY WIRLESS ROUTER, wHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON? i JUST TYPED THIS WHOLE E-MAIL WITHOUT SEEING ANY TEXT. SO SORRY FOR ANY MISSPELLINGS.
I'm usin an Acer 5735 with 2 GB of Ram, using Windows 7, and a Dlink Router(WBR-1310)

Try http://www.thinkbroadband.co.uk if you're in Britain or, better still, http://www.speedtest.net, click to save the resuolt as a Forum link and and post it back here. Is it safe to assume this keyboard lagging only happens when you're online?
