Will the Prolimatech Megahalems Rev B CPU Cooler fit in an Antec 300 case?

Hi there guys, I've been commissoned to build a PC, and would like to know will the Prolimatech Megahalems Rev B CPU Cooler fit inside an Antec 300 case.
I'm going to be using an ASUS P6X58D-E motherboard, and planning to fit an OCZ Reaper Triple Channel Kit, also are there likely to be any clearance issues, what with the large heatsinks on the Reapers?
