Laptop doesn\'t recognise external hard drive

I just bought a store n go portable hard drive USB 3.0 - 1TB model no 53039

My old computer is a Dell Core 2 Duo running Windows Vista - the Verbatim HD connected via USB 2 without any problem and copied all the files that i needed to it.

My new computer is an ASUS Core i7 running Windows 7 home primium 64 bit version. when i connected the Verbatim HD to the new computer, the computer does not recognize the Verbatim HD.

Please tell me what to do

Go to the manufacturer's website and search for drivers that go to the hard drive
