Gigabyte Motherboards

About to upgrade my computer.
Going to upgrade to Intel 930 and 6GB GSkill 1600 C8 RAM.
Now I'm torn between two Gigabyte motherboards.
First is GA-EX58-UD5
Second is GA-X58A-UD3R
The UD5 is roughly $AU50 more expensive.
Which should I go?

Why not an ASUS P6X58D-E, which I would take over both the Gigabyte boards?

Because I can't find a store in near me that sells it. All I can buy thats similar is the ASUS P6X58D-PREMIUM, which is about $100 more expensive. And comparing features, Gigabyte is pretty much the same

I would get the GA-X58A-UD3R because of the SATA 6GB and USB 3.0 support.
