Screen goes Blank at Startup

Hello to everyone who is reading this, ![:hello:]( ":hello:")
Every time I turn on my PC the monitor shows mother board version and goes blank after 2 seconds and then it shows windows then goes blank then it shows login screen again it goes blank.......I have to restart the PC for about 5 to 7 times to make it work![:fou:]( ":fou:")
.......i tried formatting and also change my monitor but it didnt work ![:pfff:]( ":pfff:")
