Screen goes Blank at Startup

Hello to everyone who is reading this,
Every time I turn on my PC the monitor shows mother board version and goes blank after 2 seconds and then it shows windows then goes blank then it shows login screen again it goes blank.......I have to restart the PC for about 5 to 7 times to make it work .......i tried formatting and also change my monitor but it didnt work

What cable are you connecting it with? What graphics card do you have? What motherboard model do you have?

Thanks for the replys but I sorted out the problem myself the problem was with motherboard...
