RAM - help

hi....can i use 2 kits of these on asrock x58 extreme?... CMP6GX3M3A1600C8, Corsair 6GB, 3x2GB, 1600MHz DDR3, XMS3-1600, DDR3 SDRAM, unbuffered, 8-8-8-24, Three matched modules...12 gigs total...has anybody tried this combination?...or at least one kit of 6gb...are these boards really that bad and/or sensitive to different RAM...is it better 6x2gb or 3x4gb and why?...is 6 sticks an overkill for this board?...thx

I would think so, fewer modules is better but more expensive.
