Is the Intel GMA X4500 capable to send out the TV-Out signal over the VGA-Port

Is the Intel GMA X4500 capable to send out the TV-Out signal over the VGA-Port i found a old intel link but it no longer works can anyone help me out?

I have never heard of it and would doubt it.
