How to remove write protection

sir,

i have one empty folder with the name system volume information when i click delete the message showing that the disk is write protected and read only.

earlier the file was not there but few months back my system had a virus and then i have put quick heal antivirus pro and scanned and quarantine the viruses. now there is no virus but the folder is not deleted as mentioned above

Logged on as admin you should be able to right click the folder select properties and there at the bottom change attributes from read only.
