The DDR3 but obviously it will not work in a motherboard for DDR2 ram.

i dont get why everyone wants all this overpriced under performing (per dollar spent) ram when more stable "stock" ram will perform so close its not funny

only overclocking is where the ram speeds pay off even then with unlocked cpus it still isnt necessary

Yes it's specifications are higher, However be aware that DDR3 ram will NOT fit in a DDR2 mobo and DDR2 ram will NOT fit in a DDR3 mobo.

Yes i know i asked this because i changed my MOBO because of RAMS. .I had ASUS P5EWS with 2*2GB DDR2 hyperx 1066MHz, i bought ASUS P5Q3 DELUXE MOBO with 4*2GB DDR3 VALUERAMS 1333MHz. .

Is this a good deal?

It is higher quality ram (more expensive) but the DDR3 ram is going to be faster.
