My new pc comes with the HD4350 and i also have a 8800GT

which one should i use to play games like cod or gta, etc.

The 8800GT the HD4350 is not considered a gaming card. Make sure your PSU is capable of powering the 8800gt

would consider you to check if your psu can power the 8800gt properly . and the 8800 is a gaming card , while 4350 is not
