I want to run my 8800GT as a physics card. I think its kinda like cuda ? I have a mod. Part of my problem is the Physx sosent seem to exist in my nividia control panel.

Conclusion : I tried the MOD-FAIL- also Physx only works on 9 games currently. CUDA looks great for the future but i quit trying to run Physx with an ATI forget it.

Nope sadly however at least the 8800gt will still have a useful life and can be used as well for encoding as besides physx.

A physX ready video card will only accelerate the physics of games written to take advantage of it. Currently there are only a few games that do this.
