This is what i want to do. I want to swap my Dell Precision 690s Motherboard (Model# 0F9394) with the Dell Precision T7400s Motherboard. But i need all my other parts to fit and the motherboard to fit the case here are the things i need to fit:

CPU:2 Dual core Xeon 5050 3.00GHz socket 771 LGA "Dempsey"
RAM: 4GB FB-DDR2 1.8V

Another thing is, that is it possible to do cross-fire because there are two PCI-E 16x slots on the T7400, and my powersupply is 750watts. please help

Taking everything into consideration, it looks like your best route would be to purchase a T7400 with two quad core processors and put the components from your system into it. Yes, you can use SLI and Crossfire in the T7400, I have two EVGA GTS 760's in my T7400. The power supply in the T7400 is 1000 watts. I found this one for sale on Ebay and it is very reasonably priced at $329 with shipping.
