I5 750 build will this work?

Hi guys, im looking at building my first system and need a bit of help. I don't know much about compatibility and I want a gaming machine but something that wont break the bank!
this is what i was thinking:
CPU:
Intel i5 750
Mobo:
Gigabyte GA-P55A UD4P..OR..ASUS Maximum III Gene Motherboard---is the price difference worth it?
HDD: Seagate ST31000528AS SATA II 7200RPM 32MB
RAM:
Corsair 4GB(2x2GB)CMV4GX3M2A1333C9
DDR3 performance solution NON-ECC 2 X 240pin CAS -9-9-9-24-
OP: Windows 7 Home 64 bit

Looking at putting my Radeon HD4850 and Antec 650Watt trio power supply in? any suggestions or feedback would be groovy

Whats your budget ? Also what CPU do you have now ? if your using the same GPU you might not see a whole lot of improvement in games.
