I'm going to see if I can pick your parts mostly from Conrad Int, then you can comparison shop. I haven't used them in a while and want to see what they have...

(Ok not so much with Conrad. The hardware is all quality but about 6 months out of date.)

Win 7 premium 64-bit retail or OEM
Not on Amazon but I'm sure you can get this. The retail version will cost a bit more but can be installed on a new motherboard as needed. OEM version is mostly married to the motherboard it is installed on... you have to call and beg MS to transfer.

Monitor I give you my preference here... too big may be impressive but not practical to game on. I consider 24" ideal for gaming, others prefer smaller.

23" LG 2ms response times, excellent color and contrast for a TN monitor.

I'm using the 24" version of this and it's the best I have seen, although I think some Samsung models are just as good.
