Thanks for the link. However does one need an updated version of DarkLoader
for this to work? I have DL v4.1 installed and under setup there are only
directories for T1 & T2. I tried to fool DL by using the path to the T:DS
under the T1 directory, but it wouldn't allow me to do it.

That page is confusing, but there are two buttons at the end of the page.
Click on the 'free' and after a while you should have a link where to get
that file. You may have to wait for a while for a 'ticket' before you can
download the file, though. It's an odd system, and the page looks a bit
dubious, but it worked for me. You don't have to install any software.

Highly unlikely that DL will work. I bet there are some installation
notes in the zip file.

There are currently 3 TDS FMs out there and they are not finished.
I suggest you wait until a FM loader is completed, or you may
end up reinstalling T3. It may also be possible to play these
missions without downloading the T3 editor.
There is a FM loader in the works "Garretloader" which
will work with T1,TG,T2,T2X, and T3, but it is still in beta.

Yes, when the distribution format has been worked out and there's a
Darkloader-like program for running T3 FMs, they will be placed ihnto
the main archive at thiefmissions.com. Until then,
