$900 - $1000 Gaming Desktop (LAN-Party PC)

im building a pc for my friend and he wants a desktop, but he wants to be able to easily transport his pc to peoples houses for LAN partys. So i figured i would post this here and get some ideas on what parts to get.

Place to order: NEWEGG
Budget: $900- $1000
Things to consider: Small form factor etc, single gpu only, be powerful enough to play the latest games.

$822 AR, CM 212+ is incompatible with shoe boxes/cube casings due to height limitation for after market HSF so perhaps the

CM GeminiII S which does ok with that TT case
