Windows XP SP3 and Linksys USB wireless adapter WUSB54G

My Windows XP SP3 is unable to detect Linksys USB wireless adapter (WUSB54G).... please help, i cannot figure out the solution.

Have you downloaded the latest driver from Linksys ? Is USB port working normally otherwise ?
