I want to upgrade by making a whole new rig.

ASUS crosshair IV formula 890FX
AMD 1090T black edition AM3
Corsair dominator 2x2 8-8-8-24 1600MHZ
XFX 5870 stock version.

Things that I am not sure about is the PSU and the case.

Is the SILVERSTONE ST70F 700W would be a good choice? Its about 153 canadian dollard.

For the case, my seller told me to take an NZXT Tempest EVO over the LIAN LI ARMORSUIT PC-P50R amd edition (interior red)


Cosmetics is important for me and I want a red/black rig. I can mod the tempest EVO to red but i've read that the quality is poor compared to the Lian li. Is the airflow of the Lian Li is limited due of its single intake fan?

Lian li: 270$
NZXT: 140$

I dont want antec 902 and 1200 series, too many people having it.

What case should I take?

If you're willing to spend the cash, I'd go with the Lian Li. That's a sexy case.

$1689.00...THE ANTEC IS A FANTASTIC CASE BUT WITH THE BIG NOCTUA COOLER IT IS A BIT STUFFY, I MIGHT HAVE A REALLY TIGHT FIT GOING CROSSFIRE.
