which one do you choose when there is a choice

HD5570 has about or better performance than HD4670. It is the only card that can be called a low power gaming card apart from HD4650.

not a gamer just want a computer that works well and kids can play odd game
know nothing about these
would i wait for a 4650 or take the 5570 or ask for something else

I don't know if you are in the US and if you shop online. The HD4650 fits your use description perfectly http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814141113 but so does the HD5570 with a little more power.

I would suggest saving a little more money for a real video card.

Ultimately it is going to be your decision,
HD4650 the minimum gaming card of last generation.
HD5570 newest gen/tech replacement for HD4650 performs on level with HD4670 draws less power than the predecessor.
HD5450 newest generation replacement for HD4350 not a gaming card good for HD movies.
GT220 same use as HD5450
