Non-Protruding USB 2.0 Cardbus Available?

I'd like to pick up a cardbus USB 2.0 card for my Thinkpad T30. All
of the models I've seen have the USB sockets on an appendage that
protrudes from the end of the cardbus slot.

I'd prefer a model with recessed sockets akin to the modem/ethernet
sockets on the dongle-less Xircom cards.

Is there such a thing?

All I see is the one with the dongle, which I'm pretty sure is not
what the OP is looking for. The woman-model on the website is pretty
hot, though!
